Model Answer:

Hi Jon,

I am writing about my book I lent you last week and I was wondering if you have finished with it yet.

I know you needed it for your class last week, but I really need it this week, as I have my assignments due very soon.

If you have finished with it - please text me or call me, so I can come over to collect it.

I really want to get these assignments out of the way and that was my only copy of the book.

If you want we can study together for next week's exam. I hope you found the book useful by the way!

Thanks,

Jill
