Model Answer:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing with regard to the pavement on my road - 60 Stewart Road, Edinburgh, E9 1RE.

The pavement is very rough and uneven and last week Mrs Edwards, who lives next door fell over due to the pavement not being fixed. She is very poorly and elderly, so this incident ended up in her breaking her arm.

The unfixed pavement is become a danger for the residents who use the road regularly and also for pedestrians who walk on the road. Several children walk on the road to get to the school at the end of the road too.

Please can someone come to look at the pavement?

I have attached photographs of the pavement and it is located near number 50.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email me back.

Alternatively, you can call me on my mobile number - 07890 000 456

Kindest regards,

Mr David Smith
